最大幅550ｍ、長さほぼ1ｋｍにわたる上富田町内最大の段丘です。5つの開析谷が確認でき、地形を利用した溜池と天保４年にひかれた6ｋｍの水路があり、今も灌漑に利用されています。段丘面上では水田や、果樹栽培がおこなわれています。
